3. Complete accessory ecosystem: original tags, packaging box, brand dust bag, and all accessories included (where applicable)

2. Provide: Order number + reason for return/exchange + product photos (if related to quality issues)

3. Receive a customized solution within 24 hours (including a Return Authorization Code RMA)

Phase 2: Secure Return Shipping

1. Reuse the original packaging with added protective padding

2. Choose a fully trackable shipping service (recommended: UPS / DHL / FedEx)

3. Send the tracking number to support@MiVanity.com so we can follow up promptly

Refund Timeline

We will process refunds within 3 business days after receiving the returned item, issued via the original payment method.

After the refund is processed, it may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

The following situations may result in a partial refund or denial of refund:

1. Missing packaging or accessories (e.g., dust bag, tags)

2. Obvious signs of wear or intentional alteration

3. Returns sent without prior communication

Special Exchange Procedure

1. Exchanges require confirmed stock availability of the desired item

2. If out of stock, automatically converted to refund + priority purchase eligibility

3. Price difference handling:

3.1 Upgrade: Pay balance + free secondary shipping

3.2 Downgrade: Receive price difference
