Express and Standard shipping have the same delivery timeframes as shown above. The main differences lie in shipping priority and tracking response speed. If a faster route becomes available through our carriers, we will notify you accordingly.

Returns & After-Sales Service Address

Before returning any item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may not be processed properly.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of product quality issues (please confirm with customer service in advance).
